Content & Context

Context is what give content relevance. Without context, content is just itself. With context, content has substance and meaning in relation to itself and everything else.

Content is a stranger standing on a busy corner. Context is a stranger standing on a busy corner in a large city at the end of the business day feeling overwhelmed by all the sights and sounds, being pushed by the mass of people, and wondering what to do and where to go next.

Content is the stranger. Context is what is happening around him and involving him to think, decide and act. Context gives the stranger the moments to be among everything and still be one to himself.

Without context the stranger is just a person somewhere. Context makes the stranger relevant in the world.
